We enjoy the Bru Burger in Indianapolis and were looking forward to the Ft. Mitchell location, but were disappointed. The server was not friendly, and almost seemed annoyed with her job. The appetizers, burgers and fries were very average... The onion rings were mostly breading and the burgers were dry. We had to ask for appetizer plates and utensils, too. The restaurant seemed unprepared for basic dinner service, much less for the Valentine's Day guests. We may try the 6th Street location in Cincinnati, but we won't be back... read more
First time there. I liked the décor and the food was very nice - we both got burgers and they were delightful. Staff was friendly and attentive. All in all, we were very pleased and plan to come again.

Jalapeño Mac and cheese, with shrimp and sausage was one of the best I have ever eaten!
Yes. Burgers are different and mine waste bacon bourbon burger and was good. Needed extra sauce. The fries were very crispy and I like that. Would have been better if they were hot.
Everything was wonderful! Service was great! The food was really good. Will definitely go back.
