BIG SPLASH. Just to decided to leave this review, which I typically never do. My family of FIVE attended BRU Burger for my birthday this year. I told them how amazing my Indy experience was and wanted to support the new FW location. When our drinks arrived, the waitress spilled an ENTIRE large drink into my wife's lap. We did not make a fuss, but all worked with the staff to clean up the very sticky mess on my wife, the table, seat and floor. My wife never complains. Our server was not trained very well. She was in a hurry to get us out of there. She came to the table twice to take our plates while we were still eating. We had food on our plates and she kept wanting to take them. Then after eating our plates just sat there. We were at the restaurant for only an hour. Very strange behavior from our server.
It was too noisy to hear anyone in your table. We only had a four-seater. They need to do something with the walls to deaden the sound. There's too much echoing from so much noise.

Burgers didn't have any flavor or spices. Had to add salt and pepper to have taste. I ordered the Bourbon burger. They brought me the wrong burger at first. 2 times they tried to bring us someone else's appetizer, when we didn't order any. The fries were extremely overcooked and couldn't bite off a piece and extremely greasy. The burger bun was dripping with grease. The best thing was the Gorgonzola Salad. AMAZING SALAD!!!!
