Service and food were amazing. Management is class act n they run a tight ship that makes employees want to work there.
Angel (Andrew) was so kind and attentive to myself and my son. He made sure we got all we needed. The burgers were good and we had no complaints about our first visit!
Our group of 8 retirees came back for the 4th time because Tara is the best server we’ve ever had! She is excellent at her job but more importantly she is friendly, sweet and kind! We always try to get her! Oh, and our lunch is always good as well!
Had a wonderful family lunch @ Bru Burger today. I can always count on excellent service and outstanding food. We’re always so fortunate to say hello to the best restaurant manager— his friendly demeanor and kindness is always sincerely appreciated. The food was good but the music was so loud it was difficult to have a conversation.
Ladies lunch on a Wednesday at 11:30. Reservations made. Arrived a little early, seated immediately. Joshua was our server. He was great! Right there with water & tea refills, prompt service, accurate orders. We enjoyed him. Food was delicious - the Gorgonberry Pecan salad is amazing & I added blackened salmon to mine. Perfect. Everyone else enjoyed their food too, several salads & a salmon sandwich - all looked good.
Our food was excellent! The service was amazing. Our server was so accommodating and the host/hostess were very attentive too. We were super pleased with the whole experience. Thank you Bru Burger Keystone!
Wonderful! We asked in our reservation to be able to see the basketball game and they moved a table to make it happen without issue.
Great service! We were seated right away. Our server greeted us within minutes. Meals came out quickly. Our waiter was friendly and checked in with us several times during dinner. Best Bru burger location if you want great service!
