Located in the heart of Lafayette's historic downtown yet walking distance to Purdue's campus, Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Awesome restaurant & bar for any occasion. The interior is modern and clean. Service is accommodating and friendly, and we’re even kind enough to give us breakfast recommendations for the next day. They recently enclosed their outdoor seating and outfitted it with a heating element so that they have more tables available during these colder months. No wait for late Saturday night! Their specialty cocktails are delicious; the Cupid’s Kiss was our favorite! The dishes are flavorful and tasty, served hot and fresh.
The food was pretty freaking tasty. Burgers cooked to our likeness. The chili cheese fries were worth it. We had our adult kids with us so it was a bit pricey. Everyone was very satisfied with their orders. Next time just me and my husband. Excited to go again.
They serve some of the GREATEST burgers and sandwiches ever! I usually get burgers (specifically the Melt 🫠 Your Face and I highly recommend it) but when I last went I got the cod sandwich (sue me 😆). It was ok but it wasn't seasoned enough in my opinion and it didn't really taste as fishy as I would've liked. 4/2- Sunday before 5pm. We wanted to try something else to celebrate our anniversary, so we came here. Rachel was our server and she was the best. She was busy, so if you're in a hurry go earlier as it got busier. We ordered the pretzel bread as an appetizer. It came with nacho cheese and deli mustard. krista and carson! amazing!!!! friendly out the wazoo! heated patio?!?! milkshakes?!? you gotta be kidding me! A designated driver's dream :)) setiously had a bru burger onion rings shake, perfect, with a view of city holiday lights outside.
