It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. The timing between apps and entrees is important, we had a small bar table and all the food came out at once.
The vegan Impossible burger was really good. We had reservations on a Friday night, then a really bad storm came. Lots of people were out of power, including BruBurger. They were calling their reservations via cell phones to let everyone know they were not open.
