It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Our second time to eat at Bru. Excellent food and quick service, fun bar atmosphere! I recommend to one and all.
Burgers with a little extra flavor. We all got a specialty burger, not just a classic. Mine had guacamole, etc. Really good.
Our servers were awesome! Great place! We were in town from Ohio and wanted to try it out...food was good and portions were great! I wouldn't say it was the best burger though...good but not the best we have had. My kids didn't like the buns on their burger. Glad we tried it.
