My husband and I went there while traveling. The ambience was great and the service from Jacob was great. He was very attentive the entire time. The burgers were amazing and cooked to temperature.

What are fantastic place ! The hamburgers are to die for! I got the garlic 3 cheese burger just melts in your mouth! The atmosphere is wonderful! Hats off to the Chef !!!

We always love it here. Reservation went perfectly.
We all loved the onion rings and house-made ketchup. My Valencia Salad totally hit the spot (really great White Balsamic-Orange Vinniagrette dressing, too). My friends enjoyed their BRU Hot Chicken sandwich, though one friend said his sandwich wasn't "hot" at all, other than its temperature. Excellent service. Got a nice table by the window. Overall, this was a really nice experience.
It is a pleasant place to enjoy some dinner. Easy to hear and speak with those at your table.
Really great burgers, would go again anytime. Filling space

Food is consistently very good in the Burgers category. Service was exceedingly slow. Not sure if it was a factor, but I saw a huge carry out order go out during the time we were waiting. If I’m seated I really don’t care about your carry out. I have a service expectation and it wasn’t met. Our server tried and apologized many times.
