I’ve eaten at Bruburger locations in Carmel, Mass Ave and Keystone multiple times and enjoyed consistently excellent food and service. I booked a reservation at the Plainfield location to meet up with an old friend who I haven’t seen in a long time, expecting the food and service to be on par with the other locations. We all ordered our hamburgers medium well and they were rare. Every time I have visited this location the buns are not fresh. I don't know if they have them sitting out, but it is not like this at the other locations.
