We were really wanting a good burger, so on a Saturday afternoon, we made reservations for that evening at BruBurger in Plainfield. So amazingly, it all worked. The food was great, service was personable and prompt. Delicious!

The absolute best part was the fact there were a few minor issues with our order and they were immediately dealt without an problem. I appreciate the servers being empowered to deal with problems without hesitation. Service was excellent, food was good, and we’ll be back for sure!

Awesome place, Melt Your Face is great if you like a burger with a hit, and the chicken tendies are delicious and crispy.

Reservations worked out perfectly - table was waiting for us. Server was excellent - friendly, prompt, and attentive. Food was super delicious and plentiful. Looking forward to our next visit - will definitely be sooner than later.
