Immediate searing. Outstanding Cesar salad, chicken fingers so fresh and not heavy, ridiculously good fries although way too salty. Very attentive service although had to ask for silverware. Would love it if servers could be trained to not interrupt conversation.
Recommend a visual barrier between dining room and kitchen opening.
