Hi ChristryH! I'd like to personally apologize for your visit today. Unfortunately, it seems that we dropped the ball and we would like to apologize. If you could please email me at bruplainfield@crgdining.com I'd love to see how I can make things better.
We had another great meal at Bru Burger. It’s very predictable time after time. Cunningham does a great job with their restaurants.
Not sure why Bru fries so are inconsistent between the Carmel location (cooked to perfection) and the Plainfield location )which seems needs about 20-30 sec more of fry time). The Cod sandwich was very delicious and glad to also see fish and chips as a menu option during lent.

Had a great experience with our group of 8. Food and service were great, fast and efficient. The server was kind and courteous. A larger group came in and were really loud, but no fault of the restaurant.
