We had a great time at Bru Burger in Plainfield! The food is always great, our server “Carlos” was a very good. Prompt, always smiling and making sure are food and beverages needs were met. Also, enjoyed talking with “Jessica” as we left. We let her know how great our evening had been. There are other “Bru” facilities closer to our home but Plainfield Bru consistently delivers great food and service.
We made reservations and were quickly seated. It was Veteran's Day and they had a table reserved for that moment. Server was quick to take our drink order and appetizer ( Bru Board) was amazing! The kitchen got back up and our server was gracious enough to let us know and offer some fries while we waited. Food came out hot and delicious. The server was great. The cook made all the special food substitutes we made. The food and milkshake was delicious. We love BRU Burger!!

We’ll the kitchen was very slow Friday night. They also had two large groups which seemed to hurt then further. I ordered a salad and then asked about it 10-15 minutes later, it came out and it came a second time with my Burger…. So thanks for the free salad 😊
Hosts were so nice helping us find a table and enjoy an anniversary dinner. Our server was phenomenal providing us food & drink recommendations. Can’t wait to be back!!
