The closing part of the loan could of been better communication.
My experience was very good. Bruce was responsive, available, quick to answer questions, and well-informed. My only issue, and I don’t believe this was any fault of Bruce, but rather from someone else, or the company as a whole, came during closing. During our meeting with the attorney to sign paperwork, one of the documents to be signed included borrower’s race. The only option selected was Black.
