Once you make your first appointment, the intake forms will be digitally sent for you to fill out at your convenience prior to coming to the office for the initial appointment. Upon your arrival at Brunswick Orthodontics, please notify our receptionist. Dr. Zack will conduct a thorough orthodontic examination, including Diagnostic Records, and explain all aspects of treatment one on one with you.

We went in today for a consultation for my daughter. All the staff was great- Organized, patient, communicative, thorough, professional and very sweet. My daughter had her appointment today to get her new trays. Hannah was incredible with us! She was so engaged and warm with my daughter, who was very excited. We always feel so welcome when we walk in and the team addresses my kids, not just me. Makes the difference!
We absolutely LOVE Brunswick Kidds Pediatric Dentistry, so it is no surprise that we experienced the same level of excellence with Brunswick Orthodontics! The office is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was warm & friendly, answered all of our questions (Invisalign vs traditional braces) and we left confident on our next steps. My kiddo will start her Ortho experience in July 2025 and we are so excited. We were goofing around and took a "before picture" 😁
I had an amazing experience at Brunswick Orthodontics. I went in for my braces to be applied as an adult and Lee was so sweet and thoughtful through the entire process. Lee explained step by step as she was applying the braces and was very friendly! The entire staff has been wonderful at Brunswick Orthodontics and I cannot recommend them enough.
An adult with braces the team at Brunswick Orthodontics is fast, on time, clean, friendly and always make me feel like a good cousin- friend walking in. Choosing this place was easy and when I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Thank you to the Doc and wonderful hygienist for taking care of me! I honestly would not be anywhere where I couldn’t stand the customer service and this place is exceptional.
