As always, I was am very pleased!
I called the office as I cracked a tooth, I have never had this happen before. I spoke with Dana who was great . After she spoke with Dr Calabrese I was given an appointment in 2 hours the same day. I was examined by Dr Calabrese and advised I needed a crown . An appointment was made for early Monday for part one . I checked out with Mary and Dana and as always they were wonderful. I think it is really unprofessional to charge $10.00 per visit when you have paid the entire amount for denturesabd get charged for visits to fit
Someone should have notified me, a patient since 1979 of the dramatic charge increase. I have the right to know before work proceeds of such a huge increase in rate.
