When I knew I had only 30 days to find a mortgage and close, I immediately turned to Bryan who had previously helped me with a mortgage in 2015. Bryan assured me that a 30 day close would be no problem, and he was responsive and communicative during the entire process. In a rising interest rate environment, he quickly helped me lock in an interest rate that I was satisfied with. I would definitely choose Bryan again. I recommend him highly!

To date this is my second mortgage through US Bank and Bryan Distefano. Both were handled professionally and expeditiously with all questions answered in a timely manner. While there were problems along the way, none had to do with US Bank. The seller was unwilling to provide required documentation and both Bryan Distefano and his management team worked tirelessly to resolve the issues and meet my closing deadline.
