I worked with Bryan for almost 6 months and he was very helpful and skillful, even though it took a while for me to make my purchase he never got tired or neglected. To date this is my second mortgage through US Bank and Bryan Distefano. Both were handled professionally and expeditiously with all questions answered in a timely manner. While there were problems along the way, none had to do with US Bank. The seller was unwilling to provide required documentation and both Bryan Distefano and his management team worked tirelessly to resolve the issues and meet my closing deadline.
