Bryan "Bubba" Miles is my mortgage specialist, I wouldn't go anywhere else. He was professional, timely and explained the entire process to my wife and I. He got us a great rate, showing our family budget some much needed relief. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends.
Throughout the two month process if I spoke to Mr. Myles twice that was a lot. Not only did he not communicate clearly and effectively, especially since we were new to the home buying process, I’m my opinion he didn’t do his job efficiently. It felt like he was nonchalant when it came to getting back to us when we needed clarity on certain issues that arose. Our paperwork wasn’t presented properly to the underwriter which ultimately lead to a sabotaged deal.
Bryan is really hands on and has a competent crew that works by his side to gets things. I thought about my bank for a loan but after sitting sitting at bank I realized how impersonal and methodically my application would be. Bryan add a personal touch and I felt he was really attuned to my needs.
