Overall Bryan was great to deal with. However, it felt like I was being asked for documents I had already supplied. I wish the website would have told me what files were successfully uploaded. The weekly Friday updates Bryan supplied were helpful but, many times the tone was indifferent on whether or not I was 100% approved and on time. At a certain point within the process, I do not think there should be a question on approval. Support staff were great and always on top of things.
