The communication often seemed spotty and vague. Once we did receive an email or phone call, it seemed like there was a last minute, urgent request t provide documentation. It also seemed like we were chasing down information that the Mortgage Firm could have obtained themselves (ex. Closing documents from a previous home sale). In other words, it seemed like we were doing a lot of the leg work for the underwriting team. Also, email communication asking for something later in..........
