Sherrie gave me the best cleaning I have ever had....in terms of gentleness. Excellent.
You fit me in on short notice to re-cement a crown that fell out. That is very considerate and I appreciate it. The crown did not fall out after you re-cemented it. I appreciate that too.. The dentist was pleasant and made me feel at ease and comfortable. He did not complain that I have a small mouth and a big tongue, which I know made his job more challenging; he did an excellent job despite this challenge. The entire process was relatively painless. Convenient appointments, courteous staff, great hygenists
Since my first contact was made with Bryn Mawr Dental Associates I have been impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of staff. I called for an emergency appointment and was fit into the schedule quickly, even though I was a new patient to the office. The environment in the office is upbeat and it seems the staff enjoy their work. I am extremely impressed with the results of my first visit. I am having a front crown replaced. The temporary looks great and the process was painless.
The whole office runs smoothly. You can tell everyone in every position is all part of a team.
Every time that I come in the office, I feel like an MVP. From the front staff, thru the hygenist, to Dr Bookman the experience is phenomenal.
