Had hygienist appt Thursday with Birdie and appt was on time, pleasant (birdie is pleasant-not necessarily teeth cleaning is pleasant, and I was in and out within 40 minutes. I can always count on a pleasant receptionist and staff. All do their work well, and I’ve never had a problem. You can count on Bryn Mawr Dental.
Lauren and Dr. Pavel make a great team! They're funny, quick and painless.
Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I appreciated the time taken with me for a tour and to understand my dental history. I also really appreciate that they weren’t pushy about “cosmetic” work on my teeth to be done in the future. They shared options and left the timeline and decisions up to me, which has not always been the case with previous dentists.
At one time (long ago) I considered searching for another dental provider due only to the fact that Bryn Mawr Dental Associates did not accept the insurance offered thru my employer. However, I am so comfortable & completely satisfied with Bryn Mawr Dental Associates that it just is not an issue anymore.
