Transferred here after having a horrible experience at my previous provider. I have never had an exam that was so thorough. The doctor I saw practically cleaned up the mess from the previous provider and set a plan in place. Best part, they do lab work in the office.

Humiliating. I was asked to leave without my pregnancy confirmation because I wanted to waive the blood test due to our insurance not covering it, when I was previously told over the phone that tests can absolutely be waived by the patients discretion. Was also told over the phone by Michele, that they provide dating ultrasounds in office, which I was then told that they do not when I got there. A mismanaged office with misinformation and miscommunications between staff and nurses that I ended up the brunt of, unfortunately.... read more

The office staff are extremely rude. I think this practice has a few great doctors; however, if you care about your total experience, go elsewhere. It's not worth the trouble of interacting with rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional staff.

First appointment they sent me to the wrong location, I had to rush to the other location in order to not miss my appointment. I'm still waiting on a follow up from appointment in March. Every time I try to call I get a recording that the office is not open even though I'm calling during the day between 9-4. I've sent 3 messages via their online portal that have also gone unanswered. Really disappointed with the level of service I've received, seems like they don't care about their patients at all.
