I stumbled across BT Furnishings online and went in to visit the Arlington location 4/27/23. The people were friendly and informative about the specials they had. They allowed me to walk around and explore freely and when I needed a second opinion, Elizabeth was there to help. She provided me with some awesome insight on the dining room set I was looking at. Antonio and his partner were very respectful, very helpful, we're willing to help me, were very hardworking, very nice, and we're problem solvers. Overall They did a very good job and where very helpful in so many ways Thank you Antonio and his partner.
Denise and Jency were amazing! From the moment I walked in they made sure I was taken care of. They were so kind and even helped me find the perfect mattress. In addition, they were able to accomodate me and have my furniture delivered the day I needed it even though they were booked. I had a great experience and look forward to shopping at this store again soon.
BT Furnishings has excellent customer service! After having a small issue they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, which is much appreciated. We have continued to bring our business to the Fort Worth location. The store is dramatically changed just since last year. The Manager Clifton has always been nice and handled any issues or request we have made. He always ask how was the sales staff when he sees me. The store looks good we will refer our customers to shop at BT Furnishings. We appreciate everything you do.
