I was injured in this practice. I tried several times to get Dr. Bahar Nia on the phone to discuss it with her, but my calls were screened at the office and I got a recording. I received no return calls from anyone. It wasn't until I filed a complaint against her license that they answered my calls and allowed me to get my stitches removed. Unfortunately had a very poor experience at this practice. Although most of the office staff was friendly and nice, Dr Niha did not treat me like a valued member of her practice. I had to cancel a procedure when I found out I was pregnant, and after later miscarrying the child, I was able to reschedule the procedure. I was very clear with the office on what happened and at the 2nd appointment, was asked "how the baby was doing". I was refused service by this dentist as I would not let them copy and keep on file my driver's license. I explained to the receptionist, and later the office manager (who consulted with the dentist) this was not something I allowed as I work in the identity and fraud technology industry. I said I would show my driver's license and insurance card (which they did have on file), so they could verify my identity in the office for my appointment. BE AWARE of this place. Beautiful office NO DOUBT, friendly staff, Dr. Nia is VERY personable and greets you will the biggest smile. BUT, none of this is worth the price point of getting teeth work done here. This place is SO overpriced it's actually kind of funny. Also be aware that you don't get any work done you don't actually need as they have this way of pushing stuff on you that's not essential.

I will start off by saying that I have severe anxiety with even discussing the word "dentist". I have had a lifetime of horrific experiences and have disliked every single dentist I have ever gone to. I am very skeptical and critical of dentists. I found this dentist to not be a great listener and the approach to cavities and fillings was very aggressive. Office billing staff were very patient in answering my questions about fillings and electric tooth brush. I barely talked to Dr Nia during my visit. I have no idea what she is referring to with "obstacles" or "childhood" since I just talked about my teeth.
