Had an appointment at 10.30 am . Checked in at from desk and was taken back in a few minutes .Everyone from the Dr to the hygienist and front desk was helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend
Very ry nice dental experience.
Had four visits plus the initial evaluation. As most, sitting in a dentist chair is not my idea of a good time. All my appointments started right on time if not a few minutes early and all were comfortable, pain free visits. The doctor and his assistant were very thorough, explained every step of the procedure, answered all my questions and made the experience stress and pain free.
Always makes me feel comfortable. Never have to wait. Appt always quick.
Had my follow-up appointment today to see how things were healing after my surgery. Again, things went so smooth for me. The doctor was very satisfied with the way my mouth was healing and told me to come back in about 4-5 weeks for another check-up. Dr. Krochtengel is so friendly and reassuring, especially to patients like me who are very apprehensive of dentists offices.....All in all, this entire process of having the gum surgery to the follow-ups afterwards, have been perfect. I had my appointment with Dr. Krochtengel yesterday and I was so pleased with my visit I couldn't wait to add my review. This office is top notch in my opinion. The office staff are so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Krochtengel is awsome! I was very apprehensive about my appointment because I had to have gum surgery and I wasn't sure what to expect as far as pain and how I would feel afterwards.
