Very pleased with the repair service. Got out the next work day to fix our dryer. Appears to be well done. The repair guy was very polite and let me know what he was doing as he did it...neat, clean and fast. Didn't cost much either, very fair.

Avoid at all costs. Repair guy did everything possible to avoid actually doing work to repair a stove under warranty. Manager dodged me repeatedly. Stay away!!

had but and raulph come to my house to fiux my stove. My apartment tried to set up an appointment with them for my dryer and they had to call me to see when they could arrive, got the call for my apartments dryer, I missed the call because I was busy called back only to be meet with rude customer service telling me they didn't call and I'm wrong without a chance to give really any information. Never really shopped here but now that I know how they'd treat me I would never shop here.

This is a great place to get a good used appliance. They have a very good repair department and do a lot of warranty repairs. They really know appliances so if you need a repair or less costly replacement this is the place to go. On top of their great work, they are really nice people. Great!
