Be aware of this company! They sent a 24’ truck vs a 26’ truck (per the quote) which caused a 2nd trip. Also, they were deceitful in their hrly rate. They lie and don’t stand behind their guarantee. Check them out on the BBB website. Of course, they aren’t a member but people (including me) have filed complaints and they have a 1.8 out of 5 rating. I have proof of what I’m saying and was only asking for $220 out of the $921 I paid.
Had a 1 to 3 pm appointment to move a fridge and china hutch and about 8 boxes. Movers did not call or anything to let ma know the status of my move. I was forced to keep calling for updates. When the movers called at 9pm I was tired of waiting all day for them to show up. They came the next day but gave a 10 minute notice before arriving. I will not be using this company again. Also was charged 65 dollars for gas to move my things less than 10 miles..
The Best Part of the move was the crew arrived within an hour of the time range(9 AM against 8-10 arrival window). Though I had to go, find them and guide them to my home. They could not figure out a way to dismantle my Bed Frame, so they decided to carry it into the Truck un-assembled. They pulled that through. However with the Sofa, they almost ripped one of the legs apart, until I asked them to unscrew it, and carry. They did not have any good way of noting down what is taken in and what is taken out.
