Absolutely disgusted by the way my friend was treated this morning when she went in with her dog that she booked in to be desexed today after arranging it on Saturday with them. She walked in and they said she doesn't have an appointment. She said she had booked it on Saturday, the lady went out the back then came back and said sorry we are booked out and she isn't booked in and you will need to come back Thursday. Knowing that my pet was in good hands and well looked after, also an understanding of my love for my animal and how important my pet is to me.
Efficient but that is as far as my recommendation would go. Absolutely no personal touch and no communication with the pet owner. They are obviously very busy but that is no excuse. You are rushed in and out of your appointment and given no opportunity for proper discussion. Two weeks ago I had to give my beautiful baby his angel wings and I wont ever know for sure why or how because I was given no time to discuss his issues properly.
