Betty, Ordered a complete package $3654. on 11/2/2021 called on Nov.23, Dec.1,Dec.14. To see when can I expect it ! They said -all is in except the AC unit can be expected it in Jan.2022 Final call Jan.12 he said-the owner came in and laid everyone off, and I have to file a ChargeBack with my credit card Company also with the Better Business Bureau in Florida. Don't Trust Them!
WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR AC UNIT. THEY CANCELLED WITHOUT REASON.

Buyer Beware. I just got stuck for $ 200- labor due to defective merchandise from Budget Air Supply. They are Not ethical people and they Don't stand behind their products. Do Not Trust These People. I bought a new Goodman 3 ton system for $ 1,990- on 04/14/2020. The heating and air installers put it in yesterday 04/21/2020. The new thermostat was defective and had to be taken back out and my old thermostat reinstalled. The installation company charged me $200- labor for this service. OUR APOLOGIES BUT We offered to replace the thermostat and customer refused .The original thermostat we sent was FREE and a gift . The customer never purchased the thermostat The customer blamed us for his installer ripping him off But we even offered to replace the FREE GIFT thermostat but customer just wanted money for an item he never even purchased Sorry for the technician who ripped you off, but we were well above board by offering the replacement for a defective FREE GIFT thermostat that you never paid for in the first... read more
I Ordered 2 systems for my house and it was shipped FAST thru Fedex freight.. Only problem was that fedex lost half of my order!.. I let the guys at BUDGET AIR SUPPLY know what I received and what was missing. they researched the problem for one day and let Fedex try to find the other half of my order.. then they HOT-SHOT shipped the other half of my order on Saia freight.. I can not tell you how nice it is to actually deal with a company you can depend on and a customer service department that does not give you a run around... read more
