Provide honest diagnoses to repairs. Three days after I was told by budget brakes on Second Ave. that I needed rotors and brakes on all four wheels at a cost of over $700.00 with my lifetime warranty. I took my car to Firestone to get a second opinion and was told my brakes and rotors were fine, and the reason my car was pulling when my brakes were applied I needed an alignment, which fixed the problem for a little over $180.00.

Sat there just to be told, a tire/brake place couldn’t even get my tires off to even do an evaluation. And that’s all they said didn’t try to help me figure it out or even offer a suggestion on where to go other than to go look for my own lug nut piece. And I left at that point.

You guys missed a bolt . My family and I could have really gotten hurt. When we took it back . You guys swore you had fixed it . Just to make sure everything was okay I checked it and the same bolt that was missing the first time well it was loose . I would never recommend this place
