I had a very disappointing experience with Budget Rental Car. The vehicle I was initially given was noticeably dirty and not in acceptable condition for a customer. When I respectfully requested a clean replacement—as I believe any customer reasonably would—I was met with attitude from the staff instead of assistance. Brakes are already squeeking and grinding less than a month after service. Parts were delivered from nearest part store and was charged for premium parts.

They did a good job. Got me in and out at a fair price.

Service & pricing were acceptable. However; scheduling an appointment online is aggravating. Once I was able to save and schedule my appointment; I arrive at the store... and no appointment in the birdeye scheduling. Please address this; as I was not happy to drive forty miles, to be told "I'm not showing an appointment in your name, sir." All of this, after receiving and responding to several texts, verifying my appointment through birdeye.
Don’t pressure customers into getting brakes/rotors repaired especially if they don’t have the money.. also if they say they have a budget don’t ask them if they can pay an amount over the budget…. Not cool if they say they have a budget they have a budget and don’t go Over. I felt pressured and like I was being taken advantage I WONT be back
