I had an 11 a.m. appointment for a brake install on my vehicle. At 12:20 p.m. my vehicle was still in the parking lot waiting to be brought in for service. At that point I had to leave and asked for my keys back. It was at that point the young man working informed me he was the only there. I understand having staffing problems but it is communication 101 to let me know upon check in that he is having issues meeting the schedule due to staffing. The work was done fast and correct. The workers were all friendly and helpful. Over the years I have noticed a lack of intrest in the appearance of building and areas inside the establishment. Most disturbing is the restroom I must say was shocking. I took pictures at the time but I have been to busy to send them. The bathroom is in the area of the work being performed. I think this is possibly in violation with some state rules. No bathrooms for the customers and when asked they are sent to the laundry mat next door. I have... read more

The guys on Kingston Pike are the most awful group of guys I’ve ever met. They didn’t try to screw me over but they helped me make the right decision so thankful.

Came in to get my brakes done because when I took my car to the dealer to have some recall work done they said that I need new brake linings. I took my 82 yr old mothers car to Budget and they put the best brakes on the car money can buy (which I instructed them to do). Now I can worry less about her driving.
