I went in with a grinding noise when I brake. I was told rear brakes need to be changed which I said go ahead and change them because I knew they needed to be and I had just changed the front. I then went back asking for my calipers to be changed. I was told it's not the calipers it was the wheel bearing but at first they were confused on what it was. They put the wrong parts on my truck, which caused my ( ABS ) sensor to malfunction. And when they realized their mistake. They still charged me an expensive price. They shouldn't have charged me anything, since they couldn't do the job correctly the first time.

Went for alignment and tire rotation. A 45 minute quoted time took over 2 hours. On the drive home, the steering wheel was worse than when I took it in. Approximately 90 degrees to the right like I was making a right turn in order to drive straight. Wasn’t charged for the alignment b/c the technician said they were unable to properly align. Wouldn’t have been an issue except the steering wheel was so far off. Didn’t call/take it back because I didn’t have another two hours to wait.
