I felt like I paid way too much. I didn’t expect to pay over $1,000 at a place called Budget Brakes. I was only given that one price and no other options.

Did great job diagnosing and repairing problems that occurred from another recent brake service outfit. Rotors a bit expensive from China. Twice what you would pay if ordered on your own but service excellent

Francisco was an extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable associate manager. He did a wonderful job of assisting me with picking out tires today.
Budget Brakes assessed the problem I came in for and were able to fix it same day and in a reasonable amount of time. I had previously checked pricing at other places so know they didn't try to gouge or scam me.

Manager was very rude from start tried getting me not to get work done said my parts where all old and broken but that was not the case all parts where brand new very easily seen but ball joint wasn't tightened enough so he got attitude and said its broken I'll show you and proceeded to aggressively shake the wheel showing me it was loose I agreed but said its not broke just loose and he got even more agitated then I had him actually look at the car and see all new parts and then the mechanic said yeah that's all new and I'l... read more
