Supervisor argued with my wife for bringing a coupon for a free brake check since she didn't get the brakes done at the budget brakes. He refused service. After she asked for a Supervisor he said he was the supervisor she asked for corporate number he didn't provide it. Just stated she can call them. Took our business else where a 30 minute unprofessional experience took less than 15 mins else where. Will not recommend this business to anyone.

I was going to get some brake pads and rotors replaced and the gentleman out front. I believe his name was Steve took me out to take a look at the car told me he would charge me $500 out the door for parts and labor. I’ve never been charged that price before initially I wanted to go through with it then I spoke to my husband. He told me that was a lot of money for just the front too brakes and rotors.
