I had my home water proofed in 2003 and it had a lifetime warranty on the work.( not the sump pump). I had some issues in 2022 with a pipe I called them they came out and replaced the pipe. I still had a small leak ( which would not be known until it rained) .I called them back they came out and fixed the minor leak. I have had no further issues ,when they say lifetime warranty, they mean lifetime warranty. I am so glad that I choose them in 2003 . I highly recommend them they are very responsive and respectful.

READ THIS REVIEW UNTIL THE END (NO SPOLIER ALERT). I had no idea who to call to address water damage on the baseboards, and lower drywall in my finished basement in my rehabbed house in Baltimore City. I thought water was coming down into the foundation from the alleyway, and black mold was starting to form on the walls. Budget Waterproofing is definitely a customer oriented company. From the president down to the crew that does the work. The experience starts with Briooke in the office who is not only polite but knowledgeable about what the company does. The salesman who came to the house was very informative and not pushy. The best part was the crew. If you hire the company request Mario and Elvin. They cared as much about our house as we do. Thank God for a honest company. I have to admit that Budget Waterproofing wasn't my first choice. Another company that I choose I hesitated, and it was good that I did. Budget Waterproofing was "1/3" of the price this "other" company quoted. The customer service was great when I called to setup an appointment, let me say that more customers are lost through bad customer service than what you may realize. Brooke was fantastic!
