This is one of the most accommodating service company's my husband and I have ever worked with. In this Florida heat, you really need to have a good AC company to have on hand. Our AC unit stopped working late afternoon, not something you want to happen knowing there may not be anyone to come fix until the next day, well, not Air Source America. I have a pretty old system but its working fine. A friend just got a new system from Air Source and gave me a Friends and Family gift card for maintenance and cleaning. Randy came out and the entire experience was AWESOME!! Very thorough, honest ( which was in my favor ) explained every detail and said I am good, he found no issues and didn't try to sell me a thing i WILL be getting my new system from them in 6-8 months! Air Source was recommended by a neighbor, I had already gotten 4 other estimates on a new ac system, so I said what the heck, might as well. Boy, I'm glad I did! Ryan came out for the estimate and he was very knowledgeable and personable, we really liked him and what the company offered. Air Source wasn't the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive, but they offered the best service. We are very happy we went with them and would recommend them to everyone!
Ryan was the tech that service two of our units. He was friendly, professional, informative AND on top of that, he used shoe covers/booties when entering our house! With all of the repairs and contractors coming into our newly renovated foreclosure, it was refreshing to get this level of service at a reasonable cost. We will most definitely be using them for maintenance!
This is an honest company. Three months ago our A/C failed and a person from another company replaced the capacitor. It failed again this week, and he added a starter capacitor. It failed an hour later and he came back, pronounced the compressor on its last legs and quoted us prices for a new compressor, or, in the alternative, a whole new system.
