Buehler recently installed a new heat pump system, and we were very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. Everyone, from the individual who gave us the initial estimate to the installers, and the follow-up couldn't have been more professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend! Called them for a quote to replace our AC and they tried to search for part to fix old one. **** took the time to explain the various options to us. Did not have the high pressure sales techniques of other companies that provided quotes. We have had them come back for additional work. Happy to have found an AC company we can trust!
August in ******* is not the time to lose your Air Conditioning, but anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. Luckily, Buehler's weekend on-call technician, ****, was quick to arrive, diagnose the issue, and get my home and family comfortable again. I contacted Buehler for routine maintenance on our air conditioner. ***** was the technician that serviced our unit, and did a very good job. He showed up on time, and took the time to thoroughly check and clean the unit. ***** also installed a uv light system inside the unit, and was very patient in answering all my questions. Most amazing customer service. Technician Rocky came to my home assess the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. I will definitely be requesting for Rocky again. He’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
