Julee helped me out with my new vehicle. She was super nice and honest. Took her time. I did not feel pressure or mislead.
It scary reading reviews and not knowing if it's just people who did not get their way, truly got mistreated or just like to complain. I took a chance and got great service. Kimberly helped me through the process. She did not lie to me even with those dam accessories. When I got to the appointment she was busy but introduced herself and Billy took great care of me.
Roberto is good guy. Made appointment online, called when I arrived. He came out to greet me and it felt like I was talking to a human not a sales guy.
I have to say thank you to Kevin for his great customer service and listening to what I wanted. I was able to leave with my 2024 Nissan Sentra I appreciate what the team was able to do for me.Buena Park Team are very helpful , professional , and great customer service . Thank you Kevin and everyone who helped us. I would recommend KEVIN TO ANY CUSTOMER.

They were very helpful and held the car for me to test drive. The sales process was painless and efficient. There was a dealer markup on the Leaf, but that was expected due to the high demand.

Isaac was amazing at helping me make a last minute appointment. Even though I live in San Diego I still go to Buena Park for services. I love their customer service! Go to Isaac he is very nice and very helpful, but everyone there is just as great!
