I have been a patient at Buffalo OBGYN for the past 8 years, and my experience has consistently been excellent. I am now expecting my second baby and recently had my first ultrasound scheduled. My significant other, who was scheduled to be out of town, wanted to attend, and the receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was so grateful for her thoughtfulness. Friendly front desk workers Friendly nurse who took me back to the exam room. Elaine P. NP is the best! She truly cares about my health. She answers all of my questions. She is very professional and extremely easy to talk too.
I was greeted by Nicole who by far started my experience with what turned out to be better than I expected. She has an inner joy that I've never seen & should be acknowledged. No I don't know her I was just referred by a friend. Dr Cloud was everything I've been looking for . I felt heard & was given the time to express my concerns & needs. Dr. Nylander is such a thorough, down to earth, and attentive physician. She takes the time to listen to your needs/concerns. Over the time it has been a blessing to have her as my doctor. As well I has the chance to get to know her Assistant Taylor she is also a joy to work with hands on very down to earth as well and listen to needs/concerns. Love the staff and the doctors there. They treat you like you’re a human and your menopause symptoms are valid. And found a solution that was right for me. I changed doctors because I was not being heard. Previous doctor said to take care of my menopause symptoms that I should just stop drinking coffee and relieve stress and your symptoms go away.
