RecommendedYou are missing out if you don't let BOYL build your next home. These homes are very quality build homes at amazing prices. They are beautiful homes. I had one build with the Columbia team in 2019. Every time someone saw my home they commented on how beautiful it was. I sold the home in 2024. The home inspector could not find anything wrong with the home. He said it was in great shape and that is rare coming from a home inspector. I can't say enough about the quality and beauty of these homes.

RecommendedWade and Mike gave me the opportunity and start in construction back in 2004-2008. And went back a second time a few years later. Some of the most influential men in my life to this day. I've watch this company grow to what it is today and I'm proud to say at one point I was apart of the family and team. In my opinion the best builder in the state of South Carolina hands down. It has been nothing short of a horrible experience with Build On Your Land. It first started with them building my foundation 10 feet onto the neighboring property. Then their excavation company burnt over a half an acre of our land and trees. Multiple issues during the framing and insulating phase. Did they fix the issues? Yes because I stopped payment twice in order for them to fix the issues. It has been a nightmare for my family and I. It is unfortunate that you feel this way. This is why we stress to our buyers to stay within our processes and not do stuff on their own. When we give you your house it will be built to code and will have passed all inspections and be just like the house in the review below.
