Always helpful and pleasant front desk.
My time with Bull Mountain was short but nothing less than incredible. I came in for Invisalign to correct some movement my teeth did since the time I got my braces off in high school. The whole process was so seamless, billing was fair and convenient (my insurance covered none of this, so they were quick to offer a payment plan that worked for me), and the staff was so kind and fun at every appointment. Everyone is do great with kids which makes the whole process less stressful for the whole family. I appreciate how Dr Wilcox explains everything so thoroughly so there are no surprises. Highly recommended for orthodontics care.
My experience at bull mt Ortho was fantastic! Dr Wilcox was kind, encouraging, patient, professional, funny, and went above and beyond working with my son who struggled during the process. He gracefully got him to the finish line! The office staff has always been helpful, fun, and easy to work with.
The staff is friendly and helpful, most importantly the Doc is kind and thorough. If you need orthodontic care this is where you need to be.
Bull Mountain Orthodontics came highly recommended to us and now we are highly recommending them to you!! Everyone from the front desk to the back of the office are friendly, helpful and professional.
