recently received one of your trailer hitches and the adjustability is flawless of course I applied the anti-friction grease and hook the vehicle up to a car trailer with our trophy truck and towed it to our race in Nevada had no issues whatsoever hitch works great thank you again for taking the time and helping and the great service.

Their hitch is built tough! Just to see it and put it together with tight tolerance and very little play like I typically see in other drop hitches is impressive!
My hitch works perfectly as expected for the price I paid. By far it’s the best hitch I’ve ever owned. I also ordered the wrong size shank and caught my error before it shipped and customer service was a rockstar fixing my error.

Outstanding customer service! I ordered the wrong hitch and Ann from their service department made it super easy to exchange. My first hitch arrived at their facility at 4:00PM on a Monday and my new hitch was on a truck headed my way before lunch the next morning. I’ll never need another hitch because this one will last forever, but I would certainly buy from BulletProof again!
