Recommendedtop notch customer service. I ordered the 8" heavy duty hitch with the pintle attachment, hitch showed up fine but fed ex messed up the package with the pintle in it and it was missing. I called customer service the next day and they took care of it.
The products these guys are putting out are second to none. Very solid and give me piece of mind when I’m towing my loaded down toy hauler.
