well to start off with still waiting for a call I have an issue even took post down from Google then I did saying someone would get back week went by and no call this is all over not able to haul my new camper with there HITCH with my tire carrier from hitch to tire 14 1/2 in and there hitch sits back 5 in that if you have tire carrier won't recommend this and now I'm posting here because I will have to purchase a propride hitch that will work for my camper

straight out of the bulletproof product information guide it says bulletproof hitch ratings. 2 in ch medium duty hitch rated up to 14,000 lb 2,000 lb tongue weight.... when I got my medium duty 2 inch hitch it says plainly on the hitch 10,000 lb tongue weight... a question bulletproof thoroughly before I bought the hitch they told me 14,000 pounds on the hitch. they said all calls are recorded they would Trace the call I ask for a copy of the phone call as well no response back from bulletproof.. Just going to go on record saying if you are thinking about buying a bulletproof hitch I would recommend going a different route. I felt like they were american made and seemed like a great product so I took a chance. The one they recommended hangs down so far on the truck to the ground that it looks ridiculous so I reached out to exchange it and did the “required online Form” also submitted measurements as requested at which time they said there would be no issue making the exchange. Order was weeks late. No response from seller.
My hitch is Less than 6 months old and it’s already rusting and doesn’t look as it should. Plus instead of sending out a new hitch after receiving pictures they want the hitch back before they will replace it. But I use and need the hitch often.
Bought the 6” drop hitch rated up to 36000 honestly I think my truck will snap in half before this hitch !! It’s true it is the last hitch you will ever need !!
Toughest hitch I have seen.
Extremely heavy duty hitch, even though I just have the heavy duty 2 1/2” model with 8” drop for my 2018 Ram 2500 diesel, it has no limitations for what I throw at it👍
