RecommendedGreat customer service and a company that actually stands behind their products. Had a small issue with my hitch and was not holding up to their standards so they asked me to send it back. They replaced it free of charge and paid all shipping charges. Literally no one does that anymore! Just can’t say enough about how great this company is.

RecommendedI had accidentally ordered a 2.5 inch shank with a 8 inch drop for my 06 duramax and 99 Cummins before I realized that they were both 2 inch stock receivers. I emailed them up and they had no problem getting me the directions to get the hitch swapped out for the one that would work with my trucks even though I had purchased the hitch through a distributor of theirs.
