RecommendedSuperb Quality I have a 6 inch lift on my truck and needed a hitch with at least a 10 inch drop. After buying and returning 3 other hitches at local stores I ran across the bulletproof ad on Facebook. I didn't measure the distance from my hitch to the ground and bought the wrong one. No problem, after contacting Customer Service Erin went above and beyond in replacing it and I must say it is a beast! They were very nice to speak to and super quick responsive to every question, request, change or anything I had for them. Everything was packaged great and when I opened all the packages up, I was literally blown away at how stout, strong and heavy these hitches are. I'll never buy another hitch from anyone else! Definite 5 stars!!

RecommendedI must say that hitch is made of great quality and is really heavy duty. The down side I see, is after measurements it was calling for me to get an 8"drop, I went with a 6" because I thought that was to much. After having the hitch on and towing with it wish I would have went with a 4" drop. I drive a 2015 Ram 2500.
