This location needs serious attention. The floors were dirty, the counters had dried spills, and the tables were all a mess—every single one was dirty and hadn’t been wiped down. The drink station was just as bad, with napkins and lids scattered around, and the soda machine was nearly empty with only about three choices working. Placed an order on DoorDash and for the 6th and final time, it was wrong...no a surprise at this point except how do you mess up a two double bacon cheese burgers, one large fry order? So I drove over to get it corrected and the mananager asked me what was wrong so I said look at the order and then at what I got. He didn't bother just stared at me! This store is the most horrible burger king i have ever been in all over the country. They stand outside and smoke along with the manager and it is not just cigarettes. This store would do very well with good management and polite and respectful worker.
15 minutes and waiting …. after waiting for order to be taken. New construction and dirty windows. No food so can’t say about quality. Drinks had almost no carbonation and no ice. If my parents didn’t have mobility issues I would just walk out. Where is the manager??? Saturday and two people working.
I placed a order at 12pm for 1220pm pickup. Due to the long line I wasn't able to check in until 1230, which would have been fine. However my food was not ready until 1250pm. I understand if I placed the order at 1230pm it taking a while to make but I paid at 12pm for a 1220pm pick up.
