I went to this location at 2:30am they close at 3am. I went to go pick up a Uber eat order. All the lights are still on, including the open sign and the drive-through automatic message so I pulled up to the window. A worker had noticed that I was sitting at the window and she got up and started flicking me off and Mouthing we are closed. Every time I come to this location, I have an issue. My husband and I had an unpleasant experience at the Burger King located on Center Street in Manchester, Connecticut. The service we received was unacceptable. Upon entering the establishment, we greeted the two employees present with a friendly, "Hello! How are you all doing?" Unfortunately, our greeting was met with silence. I've never yet had a single burger king try to charge me 25 cents since they made that a thing until I went to this one, if you're all for socialist America and paying extra for what should be free, definitely come to this one
Went up to the window “ welcome to Burger King what can I get for you” I ordered. N then silence. Waited 15 mins like a jackass, worst drive thru to go to. Don’t recommend at all. Got time to kill? Still don’t go here.
This place doesn’t even deserve a star rating!!! Very rude employees that need proper training in people skills. And to think they make the same money as I do at a law firm that would never tolerate this kind of behavior. Very disappointing that this is what our society has come down to as being acceptable behavior that’s rewarded with a paycheck. 😡
