I went there last night through the drive-through. I ordered a medium drink and a bacon cheeseburger. The so-called manager Sergio went to charge me almost $8. I told him isn’t it two for five as it’s on the menu. So he said I have to let him know ahead of time. This is the only Burger King you have to say that. Clearly, if items are on the menu, why are you charging me more? He said he wasn’t serving me and gave me my money back. I simply ordered an ice water, the lady proceeded to charge me for a coke zero. $2.36 for a coke zero that i didn’t ask for or get. She handed me my ice water. This is ridiculous! We should be offering free water.
Excellent service and great people they’re always kind to me and my family and service is fast, great Burger King definitely coming back
