At this Burger King location, the essence of customer service seems to have been forgotten. Mobile orders are often overlooked, leaving customers waiting and frustrated. The drink station is in disarray, with spills and stains marking the area, and essential items like lids, soda cups, and trays are not readily available, requiring patrons to repeatedly request them. Burger King needs to fire the manager on duty 10/05/2024 that was on around 5pm. She had an absolutely terrible attitude. I was picking up for door dash and instead of putting the order under the HUGE ONLINE ORDER PICKUP sign, she put the bags by the drive thru. Then as I'm asking her questions to make sure the customers order was right, she not only rolled her eyes and acted like she couldn't be bothered, she also answered me with a nasty attitude. Almost every burger King I go to is a disaster. The employees do not care, they're slow, ignore you, and the food is never right. However, this BK is the complete opposite. Our cashier Frank was extremely friendly and joking around with us. That alone can make our break a place for me. It definitely helped. The value of the food was very good, with the 2 for $5. It was one of my favorite places to eat until I got to this branch, I live nearby so it was convenient for me… but sadly it gets worse every time I come. terrible experience every time, terrible service is one of the things I hate the most, the employees of this place DO NOT RESPECT, THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOB WELL 😤.
